Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment.

Delivery times

We ship to the UK with tracked delivery, typically arriving in 4-8 working days. International delivery windows vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email maxjassad@icloud.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
